All services must be booked through our website, phone, or approved booking platform.
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
While we strive to adhere to scheduled appointment times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Prices for services are as listed on our website or as agreed upon during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic transfers.
For services requiring invoicing, payment terms will be outlined in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Dulce Homes warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. If any issues arise, clients must notify us within 30 days of service completion.
To the extent permitted by law, Dulce Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Clients must provide access to the property and necessary areas for our technicians to perform the services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians.
Dulce Homes respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking and service process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Dulce Homes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
